Bananas, blueberries, almonds, chocolaty flavour not to mention loads of nutrients.  What is not to like?  This recipe is guaranteed to have you coming back to make it again.

Great to have on hand to for a quick filling and nutritious snack.

This is one of my favourite recipes from The Thrive Diet by Brendan Brazier.  One of the books that changed how I eat and how I think about food.  It also introduced me to a lot of amazing whole-foods that I had never heard of before.  It is a very easy and enjoyable book to read.

This pudding isn’t only good if you need to recover from an intense training session. It’s just plain good. Period.  So give it a try.

A yummy treat packed with nutritious ingredients. Eating this pudding will do everybody and every body some good.


2 bananas
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup soaked almonds
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup hemp protein
1/4 roasted carob powder
2 tsp ground rooibos
1 tsp lemon juice (I added 2 extra tsp)
1/4 sea salt


Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.

Will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. So divide into portions. I usually have one on the day I make it and then 1 portion for the next 2 days.

Sometimes I double the recipe if I know I will need it over the next few days.
