Remeber you can use any geen you want to. Spinach, swiss chard, other types of kale, collards, bok choy, etc. Just remember that if you are having green smoothies everyday to not always use the same green. Different greens have different nutritional profiles. By rotating greens you will get all the nutritents you need form each one and wont get tired of eating one particular green.
Dinosaur Kale, Mango, Blueberry Green Smoothie
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 mango, peeled and pit removed
6-8 leaves dinosaur kale (stems removed if using regular blender)
1 1/2 – 2 cups water
Add all the ingredients to an upright blender and blend until smooth. Time will depend on how powerful the blender is.
