I know what you are thinking? “Is this smoothie as delicious as it looks and sounds?” Well, the answer is yes. It’s lip smacking good. It’s a mango peach coconut water smoothie. Of course it’s amazing!
With only 3 ingredients, it is very simple. Sometimes we get carried away when making smoothies, throwing everything and the kitchen sink into the blender, hoping to get as much into our smoothie as possible. If you do this, you know exactly what I am talking about. It isn’t always the best approach.
When you have exerted a lot of energy, and sweat a ton, the first thing your body needs is to replenish its glucose stores, and electrolytes. What better way to do this than with a delicious fruit and coconut water smoothie! Try drinking a smoothie like this one as soon as possible after your next workout, then follow up with a well balanced meal about 45 minutes to an hour later.
You could very easily switch up the fruit in this recipe. Go ahead, experiment. If you wanted to turn this into a great breakfast smoothie feel free to add some greens and bam! A delicious green coconut water smoothie!

Mango Peach Coconut Water Smoothie
- 1 cup mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup peaches, 1 large peach or 2 small, fresh or frozen
- 1½ cups coconut water
- Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
