These are some of my favourite cookbooks. Some of them are plant-based books and others not. There are so many great plant-based dishes from all around the world. I also love to look through a wide variety of cookbooks for inspiration.  Some of them are just so visually pleasant to look through.

  Vegan Soul Kitchen

By Bryant Terry

Tasty vegan soul food.  Love this book more and more as I explore it further.  Terry’s work and energy is       incredible inspiring. Check out his show Urban Oragnic.

The Inspired Vegan

Another great book by Bryant Terry. Puts together different menus. Really tasty dishes that are full of soul.  Don’t forget to enjoy the suggested soundtrack for each recipe.

Beans, beans, and beans.  Beans are affordable, versatile, and tasty, not to mention under-appreciated in our society.

Recipes for almost every vegetable from A-Z. A pleasure to read because it is written with so much passion.  Note: this is not a vegetarian cookbook
