I am back from my mini vacation to Niagara-on-the-Lake, where I had an absolutely amazing time. It was my first time visiting wineries, so I was pretty excited. I loved the experience and would definitely return.
The original reason for the trip was a wedding, a great excuse to take a few days off, and taste some wine. Don’t you think? Not to mention, it was my birthday.
These are a great mid morning or afternoon snack. Replace that un-healthy snack such as a chocolate bar, cookie, donut, muffin etc with these delicious bars. They are a much healthier way to tide you over to your next meal, as well as satisfy your sweet tooth without turning to a processed snack.
There is currently a 30 day challenge taking place at Moksha NDG which is where I practice yoga on a regular basis. While not participating in this 30 day yoga challenge myself, I have previously completed 30 day challenges on 2 separate occasions and am well aware of how demanding they can be in many ways. Proper nutrition is always important but especially so when doing 30 days in a row of hot yoga.
