Superfood Recipe: Apple, Cinnamon, Goji Berry Oatmeal with Oat Groats

When I take the time to make oatmeal for breakfast it really makes me feel I am getting a great start to the day. It makes me feel great. Chia Fresca: Iskiate

Warning. Drinking this delicious and simple beverage is good for your health and may make you feel great and increase your daily productivity.

I think it will be good enough to keep you going during your everyday life.

Just to mention a few of the positive things about chia seeds.  A great plant based source of protein, omega 3s, fibre, and antioxidants.  All in one little seed.

Mix it with some water, lemon or lime juice, and natural sweetener and you have yourself one SUPER drink.
