I have decided to give my system a little break this week, a cleanse of sorts. I am not changing my diet drastically from my normal day to day routine but am simply being more a little more disciplined and conscious of what I eat. This means cutting certain things out all together for 7 days.
The main things I am cutting out completely are alcohol and caffeine. Both alcohol and caffeine are quite demanding on our systems. I don’t drink coffee, but I have found myself drinking black tea more often then I want to be recently. I also have been wanting to do a week without alcohol for a while now, something I find is hard to do unless you really commit to it. Which is what I am doing by sharing it with everybody here. I really think that it will be a nice break for my system and am expecting it to boost my productivity and energy levels. Continue reading
